Jilissa Macias

President and Co-Founder

Jilissa Macias is from Longmont, Colorado and was part of the first cohort to have graduated from Falcon-Tech at Skyline High School in May 2020. She graduated with her AAS degree in Web Development and Design and has continued her education as a first-generation student at the University of Colorado Boulder — Leeds School of Business. Jilissa is working to earn her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Business Analytics and minor in Creative Technology and Design.

Jilissa has been working at IBM as a Business Transformation Consultant Co-Op in the Healthcare and Life sciences Industry for 2 and a half years and aspires to be a User Experience Designer or Brand Manager. She is currently part of the Global Communications and Program Management Team and working for her client’s Global Gene Therapy Digital Commercialization Program. Her passions lie at the intersection of technology, design and people and she hopes to create experiences that are significant to society and the world.
